Shipping

Enjoy standard shipping across Australia for just $9.50 per order, or get free standard shipping on orders over $60 (after discounts)! Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia, but regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. For international shipping within Oceania, additional fees may apply.

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post or Courier, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return the products for a refund, provided they’re in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and shipping costs are at your expense. For more information, check our full returns policy.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us at admin@scentsory.net.au and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

 

Tracking

When your gift pack is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel. You will be notified by email as soon as your giftpack has been delivered to the recipient. Our blends are hand-blended by us in small batches. Every giftpack is packaged with love and carefully inspected so it arrives to your recipient in perfect condition. However, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as damage or delay these results in a gift not arriving at a certain time or place. In the unfortunate event of a delay or delivery issue, we will do everything we can to rectify it.
