We want you to feel completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
- Please include your order confirmation with any returned goods
- Returns are processed within 3–7 business days of arrival
- Postage and packaging cannot be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned products (in unused original condition) via the method of original payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to present on a statement.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given, we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
Should the recipient experience an adverse reaction to a Scentsory product, or has any quality concerns with their product, they should discontinue use and email admin@scentsory.net.au immediately.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. While it’s normal for the outer carton to show signs of travel, the products inside should always reach you in perfect condition. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to make it right.
